Credits Policy

1. What Are Credits?

WebsiteFair Credits are a virtual currency used on the platform. Buyers purchase credits using real money and spend them on credit-enabled products. Sellers receive credits from credit-paid sales and can convert them to USD.

2. Buying Credits

Credits are purchased through credit packages available in your dashboard. Each package offers a set number of credits for a fixed USD price. Packages are defined by the platform and may change at any time.

3. Spending Credits (Buyers)

Credits can be used to purchase products where the seller has enabled credit payments. The spend rate is fixed by the platform (e.g. 10 credits = $1). Credits cannot be converted to cash by buyers.

4. Receiving Credits (Sellers)

Sellers who enable credit payments on their products receive credits when buyers pay with credits. The number of credits received is based on the product price and the platform spend rate.

5. Converting Credits to USD (Sellers)

Sellers can convert their earned credits to USD balance at the current platform credit rate. The rate is calculated as: Total USD in system ÷ Total credits in existence. A minimum conversion amount applies. No conversion fee is charged.

6. Reward Pool

Sellers and administrators can transfer credits to a reward pool to fund offers and coupons. Credits transferred to the reward pool are permanently removed from the credit supply and cannot be returned to personal credits.

7. Credit Rate

The credit rate for seller withdrawals is dynamic and calculated from the total USD backing and total credits in existence. The platform does not guarantee any specific rate. The rate may increase or decrease based on platform activity.

8. Non-Refundable

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits are non-transferable between user accounts.

9. Platform Rights

WebsiteFair reserves the right to modify credit packages, spend rates, and conversion limits at any time. Continued use of the credits system constitutes acceptance of any changes.
