2. About WebsiteFair

WebsiteFair is a digital marketplace operated by Codenoid where users can buy and sell digital products and services. The platform is limited to software-related items — including web applications, mobile applications, software packages, DevOps tools, cybersecurity services, and related digital graphics (such as Figma templates and promotional assets). Individual graphic design products unrelated to software are not permitted as standalone products, though they may be offered as a service.

3. Platform Role

WebsiteFair acts solely as a connectivity platform between buyers and sellers. We do not create, own, or endorse any user-generated content. All responsibility for listed products, services, and interactions lies with the respective users.

4. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their listings. By listing a product or service, you confirm you have the right to sell it and that it complies with our content guidelines.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchasing. All sales are final — see our Refund Policy for details.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not list or sell: malware, stolen assets, content that infringes intellectual property rights, or anything outside our software-related scope. Violations may result in account suspension.

8. Reports and Moderation

WebsiteFair does not proactively monitor all content. However, if a report is filed against any user, content, or transaction, our administrators reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including removal of content or suspension of accounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

WebsiteFair is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, the quality of third-party products, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
