1. No Refund Policy

WebsiteFair is a digital marketplace. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed purchases.

2. Why No Refunds?

Unlike physical goods, digital files can be copied and retained even after a refund is issued. To protect sellers and maintain a fair marketplace, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for digital product purchases.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The product was not delivered or is completely inaccessible after purchase.
  • The product is materially different from its description (e.g., a completely different file was delivered).
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error.

To request an exception, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

4. Services

For service-based purchases, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed. Contact the seller directly first; if unresolved, file a dispute with us.

5. Credits

Platform credits purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
